Side effects of estrogen

Ok, ladies, I'm not liking the fluid retention of estrogen replacement; I know being on the pill, can also cause fluid retention. What do you do to deal with it?? Mary MOB

ask your doc if you can take an over the counter water pill!!

I wish!! Blood pressure and tachycardia issues!! I'm on a beta blocker and allergic to just about everything! But I really need the estrogen!!! Ladies tuck this bit of info away for menopausal days!! If you ever have severe burning, and you think it's a urinary infection, it might be menopausal!! Lack of estrogen makes the urinary tissues thin and susceptible to burning, and I mean BURNING!!!!!!!! Estrogen rings really help!!! But, I can't stand the fluid retention. Sorry if this is too graphic. Mary MOB

PS I began having menopausal symptoms at age 35.
