Kir Royals

Re: Signature drinks...

We are doing a travel theme since we have been all over the world... so, for our signature drink we are special-ordering some of our favorite beers for people to try. Most likely our top three: one from Poland, one from Singapore and one from Dominican Republic.

Re: Signature drinks...

I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooove apple martinis and other flavored martinis so I think I am going to have a drink menu made with a cartoon image of me with drink suggestions. I have to figure out how i will do that though..

Re: Signature drinks...

i don't think I am... too 'fancy' for most of our family members.. (our families are what we like to call 'low maintenance' to put it nicely)

What drink is this?

Electric Martini
This cocktail gets its name from its blue color.
It's a specialty of Le Cirque2000 where it is know as the 'Blue Room' and is made with peach infused vodka.

2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curaco
1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix

Combine everything in a shaker with cracked ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
