i've been thinking about signature drinks. Since we're getting married in Dec, I was thinking about doing a holiday one (they will pass around 3 of our own choosing). What do you think of this one?

We're probably going to do the wedding cake martini signature drink. I found slightly different ingredients on different websites...but here is a list that I found on one website:
1/2 ounce Absolut vodka 3 ounces Amaretto 1/2 ounce orange juice 1/2 ounce pineapple juice 1 tablespoon heavy cream
that sounds delicious. has anyone here tried it though? It sounds good but the orange juice is throwing me off LOL
I love sig drinks.
My reception hall passes around fudgey hot chocolate with baileys in it (sooooo yummy)
We also have up to 5 signature drinks we can pass around. Let's keep this thread going! lol

Peppermint martinis would be cute too and they taste awesome. I'm looking for something purple... any ideas?
Love this idea! Especially if you put little candy canes in them... or is that too much? What is in a peppermint martini?
that is soooo cute with the candy canes! Nicole (so sad she left) mentioned doing something like this when we booked
Peppermint Martini Recipe Ingredients
5 ounces of Chopin vodka 2 ounces of white Creme de Menthe 1/2 ounce of Peppermint Schnapps Mini candy canes The mix
Pour all of your liquid ingredients into a shaker 1/2 full of cracked ice. Give a good 20 vigorous shakes and let the shaker rest for half a minute. Strain your lucious peppermint martini into 2 freezing martini glasses. Add a candy cane in each glass for garnish. Enjoy!
Thank you!!!

thanks girls! I just wasn't sure if ppl liked eggnog, but there will be 2 other sig drinks plus a whole bar they can choose from if they don't!
'something blue' sounds really good too! I also really like the one called wedding cake martini, but im not sure what is in it
we went to a wedding a couple years ago that passed around spiked nog, cider, and cocoa during the CH, and they were all really popular!
What a great Idea!!! We are also having a winter wedding i love the spiked nog, cider and cocoa idea!!! warm everyone up!
Denise--that drink looks awesome! I want one just looking at it!
