we had 2 one for DH and 1 for me...mine was a key lime martini called 'the fizzle' (my nickname) and his was a hendricks gin and tonic called 'the senator' his nickname
both were a huge hit...people were drinking fizzles all night!!! lol

just noticed you are getting married at El Caribe! They were our second choice but since we weren't going to get the largest room (with all those beautiful vines on the ceiling) we decided to go with the Riviera. Congrats on a great choice!
When we went there, they told us that they had some signature drinks to choose from and we could name them. Did this change?

our champagne toast is going to have a splash of blue curacao in each glass
havent figures out if we will do a signature drink yet. ,most of our friends are beer drinkers

Thanks!!! We booked the large room. I love the look of it!!! the lights on the ceiling is my fave part of the whole room. So excited, love it there.... We haven't gone over menus yet so i don't know if they still do that. I am sure they do. I was trying to be creative and think of something on my own but i am just drawing a blank!

we def will have a menu, hoping we can get some special beers, like blue moon and sam seasonal, maybe a few twisted teas
