So I have a signature frame, but what do I do to let the guests know that I want them to sign it? Do I put a note up next to it?

Re: Signature Frame question
i'd buy a few pens also...someone will walk off with at least one....and if they are 'marker' types, someone will leave the top off......
i'd put up some sort of note....and maybe have your mom(s) or MOH casually remind people of it as well.

Also you can have the staff at the hall direct your patrons to what the board will do. I also put up a sign for latecomers.

Hmmm I didn't do anything, people just knew to sign it...It was up at our CH where people entered (with pics, placecards, etc) and got moved to reception room afterwards.

i tied my pen to the board with a very long white ribbon.

Re: Signature Frame question
I just left it by the entrance to the CH then it was moved to the entrance of the ballroom.
I had the DJ mention it twice. Once in the beginning and once towards the end. I can tell you that really helped. When he mentioned it I saw a lot of people go up then.
