Signed our contracts!!

FH and I just came back from signing the contracts on the purchase of a house in Franklin Square - OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Excited but nervous!!

Just heard from my lawyer that the seller's have signed the contract too - we have a fully executed contract!!!!

Did you have your 'closing' today? When do you move in? That's so awesome!!

Closing is on or about June 15th. I'm in the contract selling my co-op in Queens too so hopefully that goes as smooth as the purchase for the house has been.
