I know I told you girls about it - we put in an offer and got accepted!
I just didn't want to say anything until we got the mortgage and we did so we are signing the contract tomorrow!!!
The only thing left is to get approved by the co-op board and it is ours

Congratulations! I'm sure the board meeting will go well. I'm on the board at my co-op and usually as long as the people seem normal and the financials are there, it's all fine. FM me if you want more info about anything though. Home ownership is a great feeling!
