Re: Silk bouquets?
I am going to have them - and silk corsages/boutonierres too. I don't know what they will cost though because my aunt is making them all. I think it's a nice idea though because then everyone can save them.

Re: Silk bouquets?
I'm doing silk flowers for the church. I bought yellow and coral/peach roses. They look wonderful. Believe it or not I got them at Michael's. If you look closely, you can tell they are silk, but really, who is going to look that closely, and do I really care if someone notices they are silk?

Re: Silk bouquets?
I (think) I'm doing some sort of silk flower for the ceremony decorations - on the end chairs of each aisle. I plan on getting them at Michael's.
Like emdonlon said, who is really going to judge you by looking that closely? What if you were highly allergic to flowers??

I would say...at least do your bo-k with real flowers...
you will just love the smell of them throughout the day...

Re: Silk bouquets?
I posted the same question the other day. I have allergies to many flowers. I think I'm going with silk

Re: Silk bouquets?
If you do silk but still want them to smell nice, get a body spray from Bath & Body Works and give them a light spritz - they'll stay scented all day!
