I defrosted chicken Tuesday and left it in the ridge til today? Is it ok to use today? Thanks!

honestly...i think its fine...chicken is left in the grocery store for some time...and you cannot eat raw chicken....so as long as its cooked all the way through...i think it would be safe...but I'm not a big chicken fan...

I think 3 days is fine too. Smell it, if it smells bad you'll know
I would eat it today though, don't wait anymore.

It went straight to the garbage. Didnt smell too good. I wasnt chancing it.
