Is the bride and groom supposed to be included in the head count????

I think bride and groom are, vendors might not count in your minimum depends on the RH...

You're right you & DHare included in your head count. Vendors will count according to your contract. We did not meet our min. and we had to pay full price for our vendors. They'll let you know if they're included or not when you call WM with your final count.

Yes you have to included the bride and groom. The venders you usually tell them seperae becasue most places give you a discount on them.

Vendors vary depending on the hall. Sometimes you get a discount. Also, if you don't meet your minimum, they will often let you count them towards your minimum. Again, varies based on the place.

That is what my place does.
We count everyone (including vendors) & us towards our minimum. My minimum is 200 but in reality it is 185 because 15 of that are my vendors....
