which finger will you wear you e-ring on the day of???

I'll wear it on my right hand until the ceremony is done and then put it on my left.

my left until right before the ceremony, then i'll move it to the right. As soon as the ceremony is over, though, I'm moving it back to the left.

we are taking our pics BEFORE the ceremony - does that mean we shoud wear our wedding bands for those photos? i dont think our hands are going to be that obvious in the pictures, but i think it would be weird if our fingers were naked! but i also dont want to wear the rings until we are officially married KWIM?
ill prob keep my ering on my left until the ceremony, then ill either switch it or have the BM hold it and let FH put it on after he places my wedding band on my finger

Wow, that's an interesting thought...I don't think I've ever heard anyone ask that before. I never even thought of that. I guess I'll just keep my engagement ring on my left, switch it to the right for the ceremony, and then back to the left afterwards.

I asked my photographer that and she said people do both. We ended up having wedding rings off for our pre-ceremony pictures, and then we took some right after we got married in the bridal suite with rings, and then a few others later at the end of dinner with our rings on

i wore it on my left hand, then right before the ceremony i gave it to the BM so he could hold it with my wedding band. during the ceremony, DH put both my wedding and my ering on again. i would have put it on my right hand, but it doesn't fit on my right hand, so we improvised during the ceremony.

I am going to give it to my mom to hold and then for church pictures it will just be the wedding band. At the reception Im going to put my ering back on.... That's the plan so far :)
