I have what may be a silly question, but I'm really not sure of the answer! What should my dad and FH dad wear on day of wedding?!. Are they supposed to match the groomsmen? Thanks for any advice you have!
I've seen them match the groomsmen and I've seen them just wear a tux with a black vest. I think it's personal preference.
Agree that it's a personal preference. We are having dad's in tuxes, but with different boutineers.
I think its personal preference. I'm just trying to have everyone in shades of the same color (gray..shades of gray I know hahah)... I was trying to keep in mind that everyone is going to be in pictures together and so the overal look needs to be cohesive.
Whatever you would like them in. Our dads are both wearing the same black tux with black vest from Forestos, but FH dad is doing a bow tie, while my dad is going with a 'regular' tie.
groom and groomsmen are wearing long ties, dads are wearing bowties (at my dad's request lol)
Our groomsmen are wearing charcoal suits and bow ties. I think my dad is doing a black tux. I don't think they need to match the groomsmen at all
It's really personal preference. When your FH goes to get fitted he can ask the tux place for ideas
Our dads wore the same tux as everyone else. We had them wear a platnum vest/tie and they had different Bouts then DH and the GM.
