Ok, you wear your engagement & wedding rings on your left ring finger. The wedding band gets worn closest to you, right? Also, if your wedding band has a claddagh on it, should the claddagh face you or face out?

Yes to all - and the heart on the claddagh always faces you / faces in to show that your heart is taken =)

Just another note - the day of the ceremony - the engagement ring is worn on the right hand or someone holds it so the wedding band can be placed on the left hand first during the ceremony.

Thanks, ladies!! You'd think I'd be sure of all of this having been married before but I swear it feels like I never was (wish I never had been-it stunk having to say this is my second marriage when we went for our license).
