Who provides the crystals that are put in BoK's...the florist? Also...are they expensive to add?

The florist will do that. Not sure of the cost - you'd have to ask your florist.

Simply Stems had beautiful samples at the extravaganza with crystals...very pretty... I'm thinking of using them.
