If you stay laying down ...stuff will stay in longer, which is good.
I read that you should stay in bed for a half hour after unless you are prone to UTI's. Then you should pee a couple of minutes after.
Actually, I heard that one doesn't need to stay in bed with 'the stuff'. Apparently, your cervical fluid takes care of getting the little guys moving (maybe they have a map? :lol). It makes sense though.... because how many times have you heard of women accidentally getting pregnant from pre-ejac?
I am telling you, after months (years?) of trying, it worked this last time because I put in a tampon afterwards to keep everything in place.....and didn't pee for at least a half hour.
