Silly Stamp Question...

OK, with the price of stamps always going up, i have no idea anymore...

but is it still cheaper to send a post card vs. sending a regular letter, and if so how much is a postcard stamp??

thanks ladies!!

letters are 39cents

postcards are 24cents.
