I didn't look at Silverfox, but I did look in to Patken. While their pictures and albums were nice, we just didn't jive with the person we met with. But I know a lot of people that loved working with them. If you are into candid, fun shots, look into Lighthouse Photography. Florio is amazing (and yes, I may be a little biased since he's our photographer lol) and really listens to you. GOOD LUCK!

Check out Fade to Black. When I met with them, Gil was great and really willing to work with your budget. I found that he did more of the candid style of photography.

If you liked Silverfox, check out Studio 27. Franco started off at Silverfox when he was younger and then started his own company. Very fun vibe, awesome photojournalistic, candid style. Can't wait for our e-shoot in two weeks. Good Luck!

I used silverfox for my wedding. They came on time and were easy to work with. I liked that they showed up on time and the photographer would give light directions, which I asked for bc I've heard of photographers that won't tell u there was something out of place in the pics. My advice for u is to look at the pictures from the specific photographer you are going to choose. Each photographer's pictures tend to be incredibly similar from wedding to wedding. From silverfox I only got one photographer and the cd of the pics and an unedited video (trying to save money). Their prices were printed on a pamphlet so they didn't change and it included a $200 credit which I used on canvas prints. Also I've gotten $200 from their Facebook page bc they run $25 give aways for posting pics on their website every couple of months.
