Sims HELP (again)

I dont understand a couple of things..
I made a family and i was living in a house i made and furnished.. saved the game ever 20 minutes or so.. then last night i was going to play and when i scrolled over the house i built it said BUY THIS HOUSE FOR 72K.... and my family was gone.. i dont get it??

And how do you build a coffee house or a vacation island and get people to come? i built a night club and no one has been there yet?

Also i think it STINKS that i cant go to visit other peoples houses and they can come to mine!!

did you see if you might have accidentally bulldozed the family? check in the 'move family in' menu (or whatever it's called) to see if your family is there. other than that I have no idea why that happened...sounds like a glitch. Do you have the sims file cop downloaded? I think you can get it from the sims exchange, thats where I got it from. It will check if any of your files are corrupt and remove them.

Did you create your nightclub in the regular area (like a house) or did you put it on vacation island or downtown? I have one mall that I downloaded that no one visits and I don't know why, but in the Downtown area (hot date) I've never had a problem. It might be a glitch that they'll create a patch for....dunno. Hope that helps!

I have evicted the people in a house and then rezoned it for commercial property...and no one still visits my club!

yeah, I think that no-visitor thing is a glitch in unleashed b/c now that I downloaded a new lot, like I said, no one visits (and its really a kick a$$ mall too! ) They'll probably come out with a patch sooner or later. They have one already, which you should download - it stops the water from getting underneath the tub and shower when the sims get out of the bath...it was really annoying before!

And NO I didn't get my family fixed Its the Eric and Rebecca family too (we have 2 cats too, just like the real thing-I'm so sad!)...all the rest work though so I played with one of the others. I'll have to uninstall it, according to tech support (who are useless IMO - totally didn't even come close to answering my question). I'm going to ignore it until it bothers me enough to do something about it. I have make another mini me I guess!

that stinks.. I feel like i dont even really use 20% of this program...i bought the stategy guide and i am reading it a little each night... Just make a new family i cant tell you how many frank and sues there are!! LOL I have
