Hubby just told me that he downloaded it from somewhere when I first made the request for him to purchase it for me, do you think that is a legit version and can be played with like mims107 is using???

He probably downloaded the beta version of the game which is totally legit. The beta though is going offline in a bout a week and to continue playing you need to purchase the game and plug in the Serial Number. If you can still get into the beta it might be good to try out to see if you like it before you spend the money buying the game : ).

Your welcome : ) Yes i have both!!! I'm a sims junkie starting wayyyy back with simcity!!! The beginning can be a little slow because you need to really build up your skills but its really cool and you'll like it. If you need any help once you start let me know : ).

Cool : ) once you download it and set up your sim...try to have one go to Blazing Falls. I found that one to be the nicest 'lands' so far. Oh and incase you didn't know you can get married as a sim too so you can plan another wedding lol.

when you create your character you have to select where they live.. you will see :-)

just as I've said all day that I can't have sims online because I get too addicted... FH called and I was just telling him about this post (I'm addicted to this too, what can I say?

) and I said to him - if I bought that I'd be getting divorced before I even get married - and he said THATS RIGHT!!

He hates when I play because then I don't pay enough attention to him!!

I'm lovin' this game! I'm in something Creek, as jayzbabe. Some people are so nice, they really helped me learn my way around. Others are not very nice. And there are naughty places there too!Can wait to play again tomorrow. I'm too pooped right now.

i got this for Christmas and i am ADDICTED!!! it is a fun game, but not much of a strategic thing, more like i giant chat room with different things to do...it's worth a try!!
