I need to know how much soda to get for my E-party. IDK if we are getting bottles or cans, so if anyone has suggestions on how many bottles or cans to get that would be great.
There will be 74 adults (18+), 17 kids (8-16), and 4 little kids (1-5). 95 total.
I can figure out the proportion of reg/diet/sprite/etc. I just don't know how many to get total.
20 bottles? 200 cans? is that too much?

I believe we had 25 bottles at my eparty, and we had the same exact amount as you.
We did 10 Regular, 10 Diet and 5 Sprite. I remember there being a ton left over too, most of the adults drank wine or beer

I think 20 bottles and 200 cans is more than enough!! But you would rather have left over instead of not enough.

i'd estimate about 2 cans per person and then subtract out for alcohol if you're serving that too. if you're getting bottles, i'd go even less than cans since that's shared.

ITA, better having left over then not enough. It will never go to waste if it is left over because you will always use it.
