thanks everyone! It is scary because a mortgage and all the expenses is far more expensive than a rent payment but I'm really excited about it. I currently rent a house that has NO yard at all except a front yard. i think my dog will be happy! lol

Anthony and I were afraid of that too, but believe it or not, it's actually EASIER! you'll see: you start getting checks in the mail because you're over escrowed, your tax returns are going to be awesome! Anthony and I are waiting for a $3200 check to come in because we are over escrowed lol! So much better to own!!!

It's in suffolk, where I grew up, in Medford. My family is all there and it's 3 blocks from where my grandmother lives. She has been in a nursing home and just returned back to her apartment. It's been a huge strain on the family so I hope I can eventually help out.

thanks everyone! They accepted the offer. I'm waiting now for the engineer to give us a date that he can go and see what he finds! Hopefully its all good!!!
