I was listening to z100 this morning and they were saying that the second the ring is put on the finger the couple starts changing (or at least noticing new things that irritate them about FH)
I don't think i've changed or FH has and i already know all of his stupid annoying pain in the a$$ quirks and flaws.

Not at all!!!
We've been living with each other for over 5years.
Its the same sh*t different day.
Only thing that is different is running around looking at vendors.

I agree...We have gotten closer and we've had to learn to work together and compromise a lot more.

we havent changed.... we used to always talk about marriage and kids way before we got engaged, we just feel more official now and like were taken seriously by others

I agree...We have gotten closer and we've had to learn to work together and compromise a lot more.
ya we definitely changed for so many GOOD reasons...
FH is so much more considerate and aware of things and compromises so much better, and i am more secure in the relationship now...
we spend 100% more time together now, and its basically like all of the things that made me want to marry him in the first place just magnified after we got engaged...

same here. we talked about it all the time. its nice not to have people ask 'so when are you getting married'
it drove me crazy!! like we werent serious about each other or something!!

Nah we haven't changed. FH has been himself forever. Not say that we don't know couples who HAVE changed...

I can't say we have really changed much... Our schedules have gotten a little more hectic with planning but other than that I would say we are pretty much the same

since we dont live together and we dont plan on living together until we are married.. we just get frustrated easily.. like why cant we just get married NOWWW and live together NOW! but its good frustration i guess.

I think we actually argue less since we got engaged. We already lived together before so in that sense things haven't changed. We already know each others annoying quirks and instead of arguing about them, we kind of just let it go.

He has definitely started showing some more of his quirky side. For example, there are two towel racks in the bathroom: one on the shower door and one on the wall. He will NOT let me put a towel on the shower door rack though. He'd rather have two towels on one rack and neither of them get dry! It's madness.

nope we've been together for 6.5 years almost so nothing really has changed even w/ the ring... just discussing what we are going to be doing w/ the wedding and our living situation (since we dont live together)

We have definately changed...I think we grew up alot more than we already had...I dont think it changed for the worse though, things were rough for a while but now things have never been better!!

i dont think our love for one another has changed... but our relationship is definitely differnt. wedding talk is about 85% of our conversations now a days... and it's both of us... so it's not her fault.
sometimes i miss how we were before we got engaged. we just talked about life and what not.
