So sorry you have to go through all of this right now. Sometimes people just need to take a step back and realize the things that are really important in life. I am glad that you have wondeful friends on here that are helping to make you feel better...they are very funny

It is a harsh reality that not everyone is concerned with the War in Iraq and the servicemen and women that are over there. So people are so self consumed that they don't know what is going on in the town next to them never mind halfway around the world.
I teach 8th grade SS and tried to share with my class my FH's stories from Iraq and Afghanistan and it was like pulling teeth. I hate to say that their parents aren't always much better.
You're going to become a military wife soon and I guess just need to lean on the ones who understand. Unfortunately, not everyone does.

He is actually doing a lot better.... When we found out he was being stop lossed and sent back to iraq for 18 months in Oct it really put things in perspective and kinda of helped with the post traumatic stress in a way..its weird
