Since we are on the topic of HM's..................

I have started my hotel researching for Italy and Greece. OOHHHH MY GOODNESSSSS there are thousands of beautiful hotels to choose from Girls that booked their HM or girls that are in the process, what did you/are you going to look for in a hotel before you book(ed). I think this is going to be my biggest obstacle. Everywhere, everything is soooo beautiful.

I wish i could help you , iM having the same issue with Hawaii its very overwhelming. Do u want to go all out or budget alittle. Im torn between the 2

It is overwhelming and I dont want a travel agent but maybe I will have to for Italy. I def want to go all out, its a HM, comes only once, might as well enjoy the amentities

you should defiantly talk to travel tom, hes really great, and knows stuff about EVERYWHERE... I don't really like travel agents, but with him he was different more like a friend telling me their thoughts on places lol if that makes sense

same thing here, i got a list of 100 hotels at a place i want to go to and its like OH GOD seriously...well i eliminated ALOT and narrowed it down to about a handful but then these handful are such amazing hotels its hard to pick, i guess gonna have to come down which rooms we like better, the restaurants they offer, their spas and whatever other features the hotel has and rates but it is overwhelming...Some places the decision is easier but others oh god its like you dont even know where to start

Yeah resorts must be easy to choose bec they are all inclusive but what about places that are not resorts then what???

Yeah where were going they dont have all inclusive type resorts or something similar to what caribbean islands have so trust me i know what youre dealing with, and on top of that its not places that you hear about often to really know lol. I would narrow it down, first pick whether you want 3stars, 4 stars, or 5 star hotels. It will give you a list of each in that category...then for example we want to go to monaco and want to stay in casino square so i looked at hotels just in that area...Then just compare rates, and what the hotel has to offer, size of the room, decor, restaurants

you should definatley try a travel agent i though they rip you off but they get certain discounts and it actually cheaper than if we book ourselves. I was shocked.

i always use a travel agent and it is better...i hate having to book a trip online...a travel agent can also answer your questions, they have to go to most of these places and have been there themselves or if they havent been there they have alot of info on it. To me its just easier, and honestly booking certain trips online are just too difficult, you come across hundreds of sites and you just keep going back and forth non stop trying to figure it out and not even getting answers to questions you need to know about

Like Monaco, does that place have resorts? Does Italy have resort????? We were suppose to go to Istanbul this year but decided to save that for our HM, FH has it planned all out, and found this SICK 5 star hotel in the center of it all for really really cheap so I guess their currencey is really cheap but with the damn euro I can imagine other European cities but if you book early is it less than when you book later??

they have resorts, its different than all inclusive resorts...for monaco i looked at luxury hotels and got a list of them...ive narrowed it down to about 3 or 4 hotels. For example i found one site that is part of hotel des baines society or whatever and only lists 4 hotels, and these happen to be 3 of the 4 hotels we want. There is one hotel called monte carlo bay hotel and resort

You should def. go to Amlfi or even Capri-- they are beautiful places- and you find gorgeous hotels there
