No, its not too early. We put towels on when we first registered about a year ago.

I put them on a while ago. I know that if an item gets dicontinued or not suggested for the registry Fortunoff let me know next time I arrived.

i don't think it's too early. they don't go on clearance that often. maybe an out there color, but you should be fine with blue and ivory.

Go for it!
We registered over a year ago and we received an email that one item was being discontinued about 6 months ago. If somethng is being discontinued, and you love it so much, buy it before they get rid of it. That's what we did for that item.
