singles table

I'm not having a singles table per se, but our designated friends table will have a few singles at it. FH and I together don't have many friends (really? ), and assuming the friends we invite all say yes, we only have enough for one complete table of 10, and 3 of which will be singles who don't know each other. Not that we're foisting them on each other...just the way it will turn out.

I definitely wouldn't single them out. I understand that table arrangements are hard to put together (it was definitely a lot of work for me). But I still think it's important for people to sit with their friends or at least people they're familiar with. It'll make the night a LOT more enjoyable for all of them. I just remember being at parties where I was seated with people I didn't know and was miserable. I ended up just pulling a chair up at a table with friends

Definitely try to mix 'em in if you can. At my wedding, I didn't have any singles/couples tables. I just sat everybody with who they'd be comfortable with.
