Sisters only in the bridal party?

Sisters only in the bridal party?

my sister is the moh and fi's sister is a bridesmaid. that's it. i am getting them each a piece of jewelry that fits their own personality and at around the same price. i know you usually give the moh a little something extra but since it's only the 2 sisters i think i should get them something in a similar price range. anyone else's opinion?

I agree. I am only having 3 BM- and FH's sister just decided she wanted to be in the wedding party (she is 16). I am getting them all something in the same price range.

I have a similar situation.
I have just 2 cousins in mine. My mom says the MOH shoull get soetmhing differnt.
I don't wnat ot get them teh smae thing plus something extra for the MOH, b/c its just & will kind fo make the BM feel left out, so I was thinking of getting them soemthing in the same category, but spending more on the MOH. In my case, seh really is helping me out more, but that's because the other one is in HS.

I have my 3 sister's and my FH's sister in my BP. My one sister is the MOH... they are all getting the same gift... or something similar at the same price. I plan to take my MOH/sis out for a manicure/pedicure and lunch as an extra thank you for all of her hard work.

I'm with you -- I think you should make the girls gifts equal. That's what I'm planning on doing, actually.

I'm only having three girls (my SIL, FH's SIL, and a friend) and really it was a toss up who to ask to be MOH. OK that sounds bad -- but I'm not 'closer' to one over the other.

My Best Friend would have been Matron of Honor, but she's preggo and her due date in JULY 25 (yup, my wedding date!) She lives OOT so she won't even be AT my wedding, let alone in it !!

With two girls, its just easier to give them matching gifts, IMO .. unless you really feel strongly that the MOH should be honored in a special way

I have my 3 sisters in my BP and i got them all the same stuff except I bought my MOH a little something extra. She was also the one who threw & paid for my shower so I did think she should absolutely get something special.

i am doing more or less the same thing - i don't have a priority list of friends and i feel like i should just have the sisters - i would have all my friends up there with me!!
i love them all!

I am having my sister ad the MOH and my future sister-in-law as my BM. I probably will get them something closely related in price just because.

I agree.. I am doing about the same myself..

Now another question, are you having them all wear the same dresses? I know some people who have the MOH in one dress and the BP in another, or let them all pick their own. Since its such a small BP would it be weird to have them all in the same dress?

It is so much easier having your sis and inlaw in the wedding. YOur gf's won't be upset for not asking them b/c all you can say is that you want only your family in the bridal party. Not only that, if you only wanted certain friends in your wedding and not others, now you don't have to worry and hurt anyone's feelings.

I agree. The only reason I spent a little more on my sister (MOH) is because his daughter (my jr bm instead of having his sister) is only 10 1/2, but she still got something beautiful.
