sizing and style....hmmm

hey ladies.
i want to buy BM and MOH a personalized tee or tank. here's my problem, i really don't know where to order them from, what style to get them OR how to figure out the size they'd be comfy in. if you did this, how'd you figure it out?? i REALLY need help! i'm so bad at buying people clothes. any advice you can offer me...i'd really appreciate it!!! TIA!!
