Try Panoxyl face wash. You can find it in the drug store. I feel that it is the best OTC acne wash (for me). Unless the spots are serious then I would go to the derm. It is kind of drying so buy some oil free moisturizer.

Get a microdermabrasion- it's the best! Makes your skin so smooth and buffs out all imperfections

They have offices in Lynbrook, Masspequa, and Oceanside. I go to the one in Massapequa. My brother and sister also went there. The staff is very knowledgable, I get appointments pretty quickly, and they give me alot of samples (buying the creams is so costly).

I go to their Long beach office. Dr. Dolitsky is great. She has helped my entire family with all type of problems. they always give you samples and discount cards for any prescription that you have to purchase.

Hey date twin, actually we are a year apart, I am 9/5/09. First off congrats on quitting!!!! Good luck!!!! The skin reaction is actually a good, although it is annoying. I have heard that after you stop smoking (or any habit which is toxic to your body) your body then goes through a cleansing process and releases the toxins. The largest organ of the body (the skin) is affected the most. I would recommend my dermatogist. Glaser Dermatology in massapequa. I have eczema and other skin issues and they have been helpful and understanding with my questions and concerns.
