Anyone know any that REALLY works?? Since ive lost so much weight, my underarms esp are really saggy :( i want to tighten them up a bit before the wedding...and ideas?

no lotion, but grab a pair of 5 or 7lb dumbbells, and do tons of tricep kickbacks, dips off of a bench or chair, or any other tricep/arm workouts. you will def see results,and fast too!!!!

im not allowed to work out anything cuz of injurys it stinks!!
