I take mine off. My mom got me a beautiful ring holder as an engagement gift and I put it on there every night. Plus, our pug sleeps in our bed and I wouldn't want to scratch him - or FH, I guess :)

i sleep with it on and pretty much never tak it off except for when i'm in the shower.

oooh, dirty girl!! i still sleep w/ mine. it's still soooo big though and i haven't had it resized. i'm always afraid i'm going to lose it. one night i woke up and it was laying on the floor!

I take mine off 99% of the time. I don't ever really sleep with jewelry. My mom told me that eventually I will stop taking it off. But now I am just so used to taking it off everynight.

I take mine off because I am a totally WILD SLEEPER LOL LOL... but I think ocne we are married.. i am probably going to end up sleeping with it more because I am not going to want to take my wedding band off

I still never really take mine off. I only take it off when Im cooking something messy, but I sleep with it, bathe with it. Its always on.

I sleep with my ring on, and I bang it on the metal rungs on our headboard all the time and nothing has ever happened to it.

I take it off every night and put it back in the box. I am also a restless sleeper, I'm afraid I'll scratch it on the nightstand or something.

I take off my ring everynight and never wear it in the shower.

Although I must admit today I forgot to put it back on...and my finger feels so naked....and it's amazing how many people notice when you don't wear it...eeekkk

I only take off my ring to put it in the cleaner...otherwise it is ALWAYS on.

I can't sleep with it on ..I'm afraid that ill hit it into my night stand and damage it in someway! It's much safer on the ring stand! lol

I see both sides of the story here.. why it's like just lseep with it on at least it will stay on your finger and you won't lose it and then I hear the take it off it's safer in the box then it is on your hand if you are a rough sleeper..soooo ooo my goodness i really can't decide....

I will probably end up continuing to sleep with it off... but maybe ponce we are married and i have both rings on i will feel differently.. hmm!

i take mine off when i sleep, clean, wash my hands, shower..im so paranoid that i will ruin it, scratch it, scratch someone, or lose it...

but i do sleep with the necklace and bracelet FH gave me...and just take them off in the shower. im naked w/o all 3 pieces...i once lost my bracelet, cause it was too big on me and i freaked out, called FH crying...luckily i found it under the fridge at work, and took it directly to get links taken out!

Me 3! I actually take it off once I get home sometimes because I start cooking or cleaning up and I dont want any yucky stuff getting stuck in there! I would be so worried it would fall off in my sleep!
