Is anyone doing this? I heard someone talking about this a couple of days ago. I haven't seen this before at weddings. & was wondering if anyone was doing this

We're hoping we can do a photo montage of me and FH...growing up and while we were dating, but our photographer doesn't allow Zap? photos so I'm not sure if he'll have a problem with the slideshow too....i hope not!

FH really wants to do this but I don't want to spend the extra money on things like this. I would rather save the money for our house or something. I do think it's a cool thing to do. We had it at our eparty.

We're doing a photo montage, my photographer is doing it. We will have pics of us as babies and growing up through our relationship over music. FM for more info.

Depends on your DJ. One DJ we met with quoted us an additional $500 for the photo montage. It was an additional $500 for the candid/zap photos.

Candid shots. This is not done by your photograher but by your DJ and they'll put these images of your reception on the screen. It's immediate pictures of your wedding.

We are doing to Photo Montage of us growing up and then also the Zap shots during the wedding.

We are doing it....It will show my baby pics,FH baby pics,my growing up pics,FH growing up and then our dating pics....and maybe some pics with family too....Not sure yet....It will be played during dinner....HTH!!!

My friend just did that at her wedding and rehersal dinner...it was really cute- except for the fact that I was in some of them. The pics were from college-- and the freshman fifteen was more like the freshman 30

We're doing a photo montage just before we walk out from our baby pictures thru us now and together...then the dj company has an actual photographer walking around taking pics of my guests that will come up on the screen. At the end of the night we get to keep those 300-800 pics which is awsm!! FM me for more info.

Yup! The DJ company usually has a photographer going around taking pictures during CH and even of your entrance into RH and they'll show that on a screen, usually during dinner. But, our photographer doesn't want another photographer there....he says it'll be like competing to get shots or something.....so we can't have that done.

I was worried about that since we were paying sooo much for our photog! But we just let out DJ know that we wanted out zap shot guy to be non obtrusive and to stay out of the way of our photog!! It worked out just fine!!

during dinner candid pics of our guests that were taken during the cocktail hour will be shown
we'll have a montage of FH and I baby pictures to now
we are having a seperate montage of us with our friends and family
and we are having a ceremony recap video

we are dong this thru our DJ ... we will have a photo montage of us from babies to presnet and then my DJ will take pics of our guest during cocktail hour and display thme on the sreen durin dinner!!!

We're doing the photo montage at the wedding. Our DJ does it. It was included in the package we got so I'm not sure how much extra it costs. I do know that on the price sheet my DJ gave me it has a section of add-ons with pricing for each thing. To get the plasma screen added on to a package would cost $600 (you need the plasma screen in order to show the montage). So that's the approximate price my place would charge. I know my DJ is a lil on the pricey side, so I'm sure other DJs have a photo montage add on for a lower price.
I haven't booked a photographer/videographer yet, but the one I'm leaning towards does also do a photo montage on the wedding video, which would be different from the one the DJ is doing at the wedding. Again, this is just included in the videographer pricing.
For me, I'm a sucker for the whole photo montage thing at weddings so that's why I wanted to get it. I think it's cute!
