i'm not going to mention any names, but i've called a hair person about a trial almost 3 weeks ago and i still haven't heard back! ummm, i'm trying to give you business, lady. even if you're not available, let me know! ughh, vent over.

i would look for somebody else! 3 weeks is a long time unless your email went to her spam. maybe email her again if you really want to get a trial with her and have heard great reviews from her

i set up a trial with someone else already.
i really wanted to use this one though b/c i heard such great things, but it seems crazy to me that i can't even get a call back =\

yeah i would be annoyed too!!! i had the same prob with a makeup vendor so i booked someone else! IMO if they are this difficult to contact now (when they dont have your business and you think they would go above and beyond to get your business)...who knows how poor their communication will be once you sign with them
as many good reviews as you have read about them...youre better off looking elsewhere!

This type of situation happened to me with a vendor that alot of u girls are using. Customer service and timeliness are so important to me, so I said no way jose
