Slightly NWR: Question about Xmas gift

Okay, my mom is asking me what I want for Xmas. She said she wants to get me something good and something I want. Also, she does not want to just send me a gift card.

I know that she spent about $200 on my brother's Xmas gift, so I have that range to 'work' with. But can't think of anything I really want.

I thought, maybe something for the wedding! But what?!?! Any ideas?!?!?

Possible ideas?
-Toasting Flutes (I want the Swarovski ones $280)

-Cake Knife/Sever, garters, and cake topper

-Stuff from registry-(except I won't use it now)

-Any other ideas?!?!
