slim fast?

slim fast?

Anyone ever try it? I need a jump start on my diet! Do they really fill you up?

I did a while back. They really hurt my stomach. It's all sugar, not a lot of protein or fat - I didn't find them to be very filling.

I would not recommend SF it's full of garbage.
It's really not that healthy for you.

I have been drinking Myoplex CARB SENSE
in Chocolate cream. They are really good and it has 25 G of protein and 3.5 g of fat no sugar and they also have 27 vitamins and minerals.

ditto. I also heard they give some people terrible gas

Tried it many many years ago. It was pretty good then. I lost weight but only had like 5lbs to lose at that time (oh, those were the days). I tried it again years later and my stomach kept getting sick from it. I dated a guy who called it ShitFast.

they used to make my cousin sick (like vomitting all the time) so i stay clear from them.

OMG, I totally agree, it goes right through me, I cannot drink it
