Hi Girls, where did you order your slippers from? I am trying to do this now and cannot find a website for cheap slippers. TIA

I just ordered my slippers from mysister.com too... I got a case of assorted sizes in white for $1.00 a pair 60 to a case

It's a nice extra gift for your guests so they can change into them if their shoes hurt. I don't know if I'll do one tho...maybe just get a few for my Bp and friends!

I got my slippers at the aqueduct flea market in Queens. I got them for $0.85 a pair (I bargained with one of the vendors). If you get them now when the weather is getting cold, you might be able to get a good deal. I also got some of them at dollar stores. We had 135 pairs of slippers and they were all gone by the end of the reception. It was such a huge hit with the guests. My MOH said she couldn't even get to the place card table b/c all of the women surrounded the slipper basket table trying to get the slippers. I definitely recommend them.

I didn't know what a slipper basket was either, I thought it was something at the shower.

I think it is a great idea. Where do you put the baskets, in the ladies' room?

I got mine at a variety store on Larkfield Rd in East Northport. Then after that I found for less $$ at National Wholesale Liqiudators and at a dollar store in Ronkonkoma (I think it's called Dollar King). I added some more after I found the ones for less money.
