One word......INCREDIBLE! OMG....the food was amazing! The rack of lamb was to DIE for, the filet mignon so moist and juicy and the stuffed chicken was OMG...so freaking good. Loula (banquet manager) was incredible, as usual. My mom actually ended up tearing when hugging her goodbye. Soooo freaking cute!
For all you ladies who haven't booked a RH, I highly recommend that you check out the Sand Castle! Despite what you've read about cost and minimum guarantees, they will work with you in regards to budget.....if you're not hell bent on a Saturday night wedding then seriously....you MUST at least make a visit.
If your budget is around $100 pp and approx. 140 guest, this is certainly not a venue to pass over!!
Ok...enough with my promoting....the food and service is amazing, and I can't see myself having our wedding ANYWHERE else.
I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!

I've been SOO Busy with work (ICU last month and Trauma this)....and i'm so depressed that i havent been able to set something up with the SC for a tasting! I wanna do the tasting, see CLM at TWOTY and then BOOK MY HALL! I know my date is FARRRRR away but it seems like everyone is booking and i wanna get my date!

I am a sandcastle bride as well!! My wedding is the day before yours!!!! Love it there and can't waittt!! It is perfect! They are having a showcase tomorrow evening at 630 that a few of my BM and I are going to! Can't wait to see it again!!
