Backstory: a 'friend' of mine got mad at me for 'stealing' her wedding day, because it's their 2 year dating anniv and she wants to get married on that day. She wasn't engaged yet, but said it was wrong for us to get married on that date regardless.
Well... she had been big-time pressuring her boyfriend to propose on her birthday... and her birthday was yesterday.... and from what I've heard there was no ring .... and no proposal!
Am I a horrible person for being secretly happy about this?

WE DONT OWN ANYTHING!!!!! So, we cant steal! WE dont own dates, halls, gowns, honeymoon spots, limos, djs, colors, flowers, candles, photags!

and no, dont feel bad she didnt get a ring. What meaning is there if theres pressure behind it!

When FH and I got engaged I asked my cousin if it was okay if we set the date for the same SUMMER as her (shes getting hitched in july) and she was like UM YEA WHY WOULD I CARE??

I'd be happy! But she's obviously not familiar with this whole wedding planning thing, because I don't see how she'd be able to swing a wedding for this september...that seems impossible to me...
