Small Wedding 50-70: Help!

I am getting married at Land's End. LE usually has about 150-175 minimum, and I think the room would be too big for a small wedding. However, the Thatched Cottage is pretty. We decided against it because we thought it would be too small. TC has a pretty deck and there is a gazebo where I think they perform the ceremony.

Any ideas? I've seen swan club, but the room they showed me, the after deck is very small and I can't marry outside in the gardens.

Westbury Manor needs 75 as gaurantee minimum.

I was in a wedding party at the Coral House in August. Thet got married out by the lake under a gazeebo and it turned out beautiful. She only had 75 people. Look into it.

My original plans for using a specific Bridal Assistant have become HISTORY, she is no longer available. Can anyone recommend a hair/make-up person who will travel to a hotel for a Friday night wedding. The thought of having it done in Westchester and then going to Long Island doesn't sit well with me.

Like Michelle B. said, we did go to Coral House (last night). We're going back for a tasting next week and to see it in the daytime. It was pitch black outside and we couldn't see a thing. We'll be having our ceremony there as well. They have a room called the 'Colonial Skylight' that has a min. of 75, and a smaller room as well. We spoke w/ Kristin and she is extremely accomodating. Huntington Townhouse does not have the property you are looking for. Neither does the Chateau Le Mer.

I went to a wedding there and they had the cocktail hour outside, it was really nice. It happened to be a mild weather evening in October.

I also had 50 people, it was difficult finding an outdoor place. We went with The Snapper Inn, in Oakdale. There's also another place near there, but I don't know the name.

I'm assuming your look for Nassua county, but if not, you can try Three Village Inn. It's cute.
