Is there a way to get a snapfish picture (online) to my aviatar picture? If I save it onto the computer it is a .bmp and the aviatar has to be .gif or .jpg.

Try to resave it and change the file type to .jpeg

When you right click on the picture and select 'save picture as', there should be a drop down menu on the bottom of the window that says, 'save as type'. Choose .jpg. I just tried it from my snapfish.

Grrr...I decided to finally upload the pix from my camera to both my computer and snapfish, which means that I have a JPG pic on my computer. I can't even get that up!
