Mostly everyone at work says it. And if someone is within 'hearing' distance of me then I will say it back. I wont scream it.
One lady who used to work here NEVER said it but that is b/c she was Jehovah Witness and they dont beleive in it----and sometimes out of habit people would bless her when she sneezed, but she would just ignore it---wouldnt acknowledge it or anything...LOL
Funny stuff.
Oh and what I do find rude, is blessing someone and they dont say Thank you. That annoys me. If you beleive, which most do, then acknowledge it! A simple thanks takes less than a second to say.

when someone sneezes i say bless you!one of my co-workers doesn't and i asked her why she doesn't say it she told me she does not believe in god she is a atheisist and i was like oh. but i still say bless you too her.
