Snide remarks about your registry?

I'm sure people will hav snide remarks about mine. FH and I have a lot of the everyday stuff and we kinds bought it together so we like it. A lot of what is going on our registry are 'wish' list items...one of them includes a Dyson like you

They can comment away...or just give me $$ if they think the gift is too much. I much rather than give $$ since there is very limited room in my apt. and at his place for more stuff.

People will comment no matter what...that's the bottom line.

My sister made some remarks about me picking expensive things. Honestly, I just looked at both of my registeries, and almost everything is under $50!!!! I think I need to pick some more expensive things, honestly, for those who want to spend more.

I have a dyson on mine too - my sister commented on that too - but coming from the person I know with the most expensive taste, I don't know what she's thinking.

people(<- meaning people making comments) - this is a WISH LIST!!! This does not mean that we EXPECT to get ALL or even MOST of the items! it is not the 10 commandments of attending Colleen & Kevin's wedding!

'Thou shalt buy me a kitchaid stand mixer!'
'Thou shalt supply me with 600 count sateen sheets!'


This is a list of all the things we (ahem, aka I) would LOVE to have in our home. so - now you have an idea of what we like, the things we'd love to have. I'm dying to have the oxo cookie scooper as MUCH as I'd love a set of calphalon one pans.....HOWEVER I'm not EXPECTING them! If I didn't make a list you'd complain, now I have and you're complaining.....a big fat 80's style 'WHAAAATEVERRRR' to that! lolol. do NOT feel guilty - even about the Dyson. you never know, a group of friends might go searching for a bigger ticket item to pitch in and get for you.

My sister said that my china was pricey and I had 'expensive taste.' This coming from a girl who bought an entertainment center on a whim (and on her boyfriends credit card)
