I wonder why it seems that the men snore... seems like they snore more than the woman. The snoring is out of control. I haven't slept since we got married. We each took turns sleeping on the couch. I bought the nasal spray first, that didn't work, now I bought the throat spray... it worked better. He's got a sleep test on January 10th. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Snoring
Mine does when he's really tired or really drunk. Usually he'll stop though when I push him.

Re: Snoring
Mine snores when he lays on his back. I am always nudging him and telling him to roll onto his side. One night he was sleeping and I was like 'Kev, roll over, your snoring' he replied by saying (remember he was in a deep sleep) 'why do I always have to roll over, why don't you roll over for once !!'
OMG, I was cracking up, how is me rolling over gonna stop YOU from snoring?
he's a real gem !!!

mine snores a bit.....and when he does it, i just nudge him in his ribs.....our of LOVE of course . It usually works for me, cause he rolls over and cuddles and goes right back to sleep.
I find it's the WORST when he's been out drinking though.....NEVER heard such a noise i my life!!!!! No matter how hard I nudge.....it's a lost cause.......ha ha. Good luck though.
ME TOO!!!!!!!!!! just a little nudge-it seems to do the trick....except when he drinks a bit

Re: Snoring
FH snores quite loud sometimes. however i know some said it didn't work for them--but those Breathe Right strips did WONDERS for his snoring!!! he says that he feels like he breathes so much better in his sleep when he wears them. his snoring is cut down to minimal or just about nothing. it's amazing.
i think the strips only work if your FH has a nasal problem that contributes to the snoring. (like my man has a deviated septum and i think that's why he snores like he does)

Re: Snoring
My FH snoring has been the cause of many sleepless nights. He snores SO loudly that I have been woken out of a dead sleep and then of course it is impossible to fall back to sleep. In the beginning (we have been together for 6 years) I would gently tell him to roll over or to be quiet. Well now no more Miss Nice Girl!! I punch, kick, and yell. But my FH could sleep through a war going on around him so usually he does a little snort, stops for 2 seconds and then continues with his lovely music. I told him that if he ever wakes up with a pillow over his face he'll know why!
