my job isnt closed, but i called and the girl i spoke to in the lab said that its a ghost town. i called in, i dont feel comfortable driving in this, but i offered to make up my time or take the day without pay
update: my dept is closed!!!!!!!!!

We are not closed at work but I didnt go in. FH kept telling me it wasnt safe to drive so I didnt want to risk it.
I just went on the tanger outlet website for riverhead and they are closed for the day. Now I'm waiting for my store manager to call me...

I am here at work!! I work for the city and they dont close city agencies down unless its 2 ft of snow. So far 3/4 of my dept has called out. It looks like its me and the girls who always disappears.
