Snowboardgirl....

You look like you're in amazing shape and I was wondering what you do to work out on a regular basis? I was totally impressed with your wedding pics and had to ask what your recipe for success is! TIA!

Re: Snowboardgirl....

Thank you so much!

This is what my schedule is (when I am able to work out, of course). I try to fit in 4 days per week.

Weight training:
Day 1- Chest
3-4 exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-12 reps per set
Triceps
3-exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-10 reps per set
Day 2- Legs
3-4 exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-12 reps per set
abs
2 exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-12 reps per set
Day 3- Shoulders
3-4 exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-12 reps per set
Biceps
2-3 exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-10 reps per set
Day 4- Back
3-4 exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-12 reps per set
abs
2-exercises, each for 2-3 sets @ 8-12 reps per set

I add cardio to the end of every work out if I have the time. I usually run for 20-30 minutes, or if my legs are too sore, I usually go on the recumbent bike.

I eat every 2-3 hours. I eat 190-100grams of protein per day, no sugar accept for fruit, and rarely eat pasta or rice.

That's it! I hope this helps!

edited to say, that I didn't workout before the wedding, I was sooooo busy! so, mu muscles shrunk for the pics

Re: Snowboardgirl....

I'm so excited- about a month ago I basically started doing the same routine. I found it online somewhere. I've been trying to use the heaviest weights possible and I do feel stronger. Makes me feel better that I must be doing something right! :)

Thanks for responding!
