I'm so excited. I havent done F**K all when it comes to planning this wedding and I was justputting it off b/c I just felt stressed. Now that we may HAVE to move it up, got my tush in gear & I have 5 appointments tomorrow through the wknd.
You wont BELIEVE the prices they are quoting me compared to the normal rate.
I guess the stress of having a quicky wedding DOES pay off.
Once we find a place, its going to be RUSH RUSH RUSH to get everything done, but I'm so excited!
lol

Sorry to crash, but I went to a wedding there last month. The cocktail hour was so-so (but that may have been how the bride/groom planned it). The reception room was beautiful and it looked great at night with all the candles. All in all, it was a great wedding and everyone loved it.

I don't know if it will be open but also in Snug Harbor is the Chinese Scholar's Garden - so gorgeous!

A friend of mine was married at Snug Harbor a few years ago. She was married in the sculpture garden and the reception was in the Great Hall. It is absolutely beautiful and such a unique space. Let us know how your appointment goes.
