SO BUMMED! Trunk show didn't get my dress!

So sad, I requested that Helen's Bridal get Suzanne Vidal for the trunk show on Sunday, and Ijust called and they didn't get it! I also requested two others that didn't come in! Now what do I do..do you think these new dresses will make their way to stores anytime soon? The next trunk show is in August in VICTOR, NY?? Where is THAT! UGH, I have tried on Suzanne and fell in love, but the new one is Suzanne Vidal (it is a little different on the bottom). I was all excited to show my mom, she hasn't seen either yet! Now I don't want to go!

Maybe I won't go, besides, I will be coming from NJ...we are staying there for the Bon Jovi concert! :)

Man, that stinks! Is there anywhere else that carries the full line or it's only at the trunk shows?

Hi, I ordered Suzanne, and once I saw Suzanne Videl, I thought it was a different dress. I went to Lillettes in Baldwin, where I got my dress, to give them the deposit, but before I did I asked about Videl. They told me it was the same dress, but that some designers change or add to the name for the new collection....especially if its a big seller.

I'm not sure if this is correct, but it looks the same to me. I got a great deal on my dress, if you want any more info, fell free to FM me.

Hi, I actually heard about you through oOmarshmallowOo...I have spied in your album! I originally saw it in silver/white, then saw that marsh. had it in white and tried that on too, I am torn between the colors, but now I just saw the new one (Vidal) and like that one better. The only difference I see is on the very bottom, the new one is more of a scalloped bottom. My mom hasn't seen either on so I was looking forward to goign on Sunday :( I called Phylis at gownfind for a price...it was better than the stores..

What is the deal with Trunk shows?

That is where I was going...

Trunk shows are new dresses off the new line. At helen's you can get a discount if you buy it at the trunk show.

Just went to the Maggie website - very pretty!!!!

I didn't know I could ask they to get the dresses Iiked!!!!!!!

Do you think it's too late to call and ask?

It's OK...no Suzanne Vidal is a Maggie dress. There is a Suzanne and a Suzanne Vidal (Vidal is the new one). Go to her website to see all the dresses, and to help you out, here are the new dresses that will be there on Sunday...
