I LOVED interviewing at Elwood... one of my favorite interviews... the people were so great and we laughed so hard... usually the superintendent is the last step... if they think you are ok, then you are usually in!

This is true! But just to keep you in reality, I met with the superintendent at one district and did not get the job.

It definitely sounds promising!! I know the principal at the HS and he's awesome!!! I also took a class with the health and gym teachers there, and they were SO nice...

Me too, and everyone told me the supt would be the one to hire me. Then he said during the interview, 'Well, it is between you and one other candidate.' I felt like I was punched in the stomach.
