I know ONE pound is not a lot BUT it MEANS a lot to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I usually gain every holiday but OMG i lost ONE pound this past week!!!!!!!!!!!! Yayyy for me

Congrats V!!!!!!!!!! 1 pound is great, especially for the holidays!! I think I gained. But its a new week and then a new year and I'm trying hard again!

Congrats V! I didn't weigh in last night because I was afraid I gained due to the holiday. I was down 8 pounds. I will weigh in next week to see whether I gained or lost.
