June 1st! Well, the tenants are moving out May 31st..we have A LOT of work to do though. My parents own the house and the tenants are finally leaving. We have to put in a whole new bathroom, get a new stove, a new rug in living room, possible re-finish the hardwood floors throughout the rest of the apt...paint and CLEAN!
Tenants were two MESSY guys who apparently never heard of soap and water or a mop!

they are GRIMY! We went to take measurement while they were out of town (they said it was ok) and I seriously wanted to clean the apt for them! I'm talking tumbleweed like dusballs flying around. FH hit the couch and dust flew all over, we both had coughing fits!
